The South Carlin Complex: A District-Scale Opportunity

Nevada’s Carlin Trend is globally recognized as one of the most prolific gold-producing regions. Located within this premier jurisdiction, our South Carlin Complex hosts a strategic, district-scale land package with immense exploration upside. Spanning approximately 25,000 hectares, the property hosts multiple mineralized zones and high-priority targets along an expansive 30-kilometre strike length.

SCC Exploration

  • 12 mineralized zones identified (11 oxide, 1 sulfide)
  •  Low maturity district with substantial exploration potential
  • Ongoing exploration delivering new discoveries
  • Material upside beyond the current Feasibility Study
  • Cumulative 25 km of prospective trends

Opportunity to expand South Railroad pit limits and grow resources

Advancing several satellite targets and identifying two new oxide zones, these results confirm substantial resource growth potential across the Complex

  • Pinion:
    • 67.1 metres at 1.06 g/t Au (oxide), including 36.6 metres at 1.68 g/t Au in hole PR25-05 and 32 metres at 0.94 g/t Au (oxide) in hole PR25-02, demonstrating mineralization extends across the Bullion Fault structure.
    • Infill drilling increased confidence in-pit models
    • Open in oxide mineralization to the Southeast (Pinion SB), West and Northeast
  • Dark Star:
    • 22.6 metres at 5.65 g/t Au (oxide), including 5 metres at 15.1 g/t Au (DS25-03) confirming high-grade oxide  between the north and south pit shells.
    • Potential for UG extension beneath pit limit

Emerging South Carlin Complex Oxide Targets:

Firebox represents a new shallow oxide opportunity. Located just 500 meters from Pinion, it features the same mineralization style.24.4 metres at 1.08 g/t Au (oxide), including 3.0 metres at 2.70 g/t Au (PR25-09)

Spike is located 600 metres south of the POD-Sweet Hollow deposits and shares similarities with Nevada Gold Mine’s Rain Deposit immediately north.

2025 drilling confirmed historical results and extended mineralization along strike, including:

  • 38.1 m @ 0.80 g/t Au (RR25-05)
  • 35.1 m @ 0.61 g/t Au (RR25-13)
  • 21.3 m @ 0.76 g/t Au (RR25-06)
  • 16.8 m @ 0.63 g/t Au (RR25-03)

Gold-in-soil trends from Jasperoid Wash to Pony Creek:

  • Substantial shallow oxide expansion potential remains across multiple satellite deposits and untested targetsJasperoid Wash, Stallion, Appaloosa, and Bowl anchor a highly prospective trend
  • +15 cumulative km gold-in-soil anomaly
  • Robinson: Early-stage oxide opportunity with 10.7 m @ 0.35 g/t Au and an untested NE-trending silicification corridor defined by mapping.
  • Willow, Pony Spur drill ready targets (pending permit)
  • 13.7 metres at 0.73 g/t Au and 18.3 metres at 0.30 g/t Au (oxide) (JW25-02)
  • 38.1 metres at 0.32 g/t Au, 25.9 metres at 0.25 g/t Au and 21.3 metres at 0.22 g/t Au (oxide) (JW25-06)

The Bowl Deposit, the biggest deposit in the southern Pony Creek area, also hosts the Stallion and Appaloosa mineralized zones. Further drilling and metallurgical studies could  increase the heap leach portion of the current resource — comprising heap leach and VAT leach materials. This presents a meaningful growth opportunity beyond the existing resource base.

Results from 2025 include several oxide intersections showing potential for growth:

  • 18.3 metres at 0.62g/t Au, including 7.6 metres at 1.10 g/t Au (BW25-01)
  • 22.9 metres at 0.51 g/t Au (BW25-08)
  • 4.6 metres at 1.56 g/t Au and 13.7 metres at 0.65 g/t Au, including 3.0 metres at 2.18 g/t Au (BW25-09)

Next Steps and Outlook

In 2026, Orla plans to spend $15 million to conduct 18,000 metres of drilling. Exploration efforts will be focused on:

  • Drilling high-quality oxide targets to drive new discoveries
  • Expanding R&R at Pinion and Dark Star to extend mine life
  • Advancing satellite deposits toward production
  • Advancing emerging oxide discoveries (Spike, Firebox)
